Comparison test on different accessories and different processes regarding uneveness and more fuzzy yarn of spinning yarn shows that lower CV value requires reasonable selection of drafting process,roller space,roving twist factor and good cot while lower fuzzy yarn requires reasonable selection of guiding hook,spindle,and collector plus rings and travelers.
针对细纱条干不匀和毛羽较多的问题 ,通过选用不同器材采用不同工艺进行对比试验 ,指出要降低细纱条干CV值需合理选择牵伸工艺、罗拉隔距、粗纱捻系数和胶辊 ;要减少细纱毛羽需合理选配导纱钩、锭子、集合器和钢领、钢丝圈。
