SAE 5W-40 with the auto-conditioning additive was used as lubricating oil,babbit/45~#steel as friction pairs,some uniform and smoothly protective layers were formed on the friction surface with a new sliding frictional wear test machine,its formed mechanism and effect on friction coefficient and seizure resistance was analyzed.
以添加有金属磨损自修复添加剂的SAE 5W-40为润滑油,以锡基巴氏合金/45#钢为滑动摩擦副,采用滑动摩擦磨损试验机生成了光滑的自修复保护膜,并分析了自修复保护膜的形成机制,探讨了自修复保护膜对摩擦因数和摩擦副抗胶合性能的影响。
The paper introduced the design curve of the gear system which put a comprehensive value on by Hertz Stress,Bending stress and Scuffing,made simple calculation on the strength design of the gear and satisfied the general requirement for gear design.
