通过生产试验,分析了细纱机牵伸系统采用国产新型V型牵伸、气动加压、低硬度高弹性胶辊、新型上销、下销、中胶辊等纺纱器材和合理工艺配置对成纱质量的影响,并重点对V型牵伸后区倍数、罗拉隔距、气动摇架压力大小和前胶辊的前冲量进行研究,探讨了提高成纱质量的有效途径。
