Decaffeination is realized by different methods,including the traditional methods such as water decaffeination,solvent extraction,adsorption separating and supercritical carbon dioxide extraction.
目前脱咖啡因技术主要有水脱除、溶剂萃取、吸附分离和超临界CO2萃取等传统方法,以及后来发展的微生物和酶法降解咖啡因和培育低咖啡因茶树等。
