Three dimensional numerical analyses were made for axial flow fan with skewed-swept in leading-edge in the system of centered air conditioners by using finite volume methods and Reynolds averaged Navier-Stokes equations coupled with the K-ε turbulence model in the case of its having shroud and no shroud.
使用FLUENT软件 ,根据中央空调室外轴流风扇的特点 ,使用有限体积法 ,应用三维定常雷诺时均纳维 斯托克斯方程和k ε二方程湍流模型 ,采用SIMPLE算法对前缘弯掠轴流风扇在有无外罩两种情况下的内流场进行数值分析 ,主要考察了轴流风扇的内部流动状况和对气动性能的影响 ,将内流计算结果和PIV实验数据相比较 ,表明计算与实验结果符合较好 ,从而证明了数值计算的有效性 。

通过对高频焊翅片管散热器外罩传热性能的实验研究,指出外罩高度、通气率对高频焊翅片管散热器传热性能的影响,为设计、选用与加工制造提供实验数据。
