对液化装置中的分离器与输送管道的设计和选型进行了分析,介绍了旋风分离器的工作原理,给出了分离器的主要设计参数,提出了一套理想可行的设计方法和思路,并对设计的旋风分离器和输送管道进行了实验研究,其结果表明分离效果良好,完全符合本中心设计的生物质闪速热解液化装置的工作要求。
