Al2O3 supported catalysts in which Cu-Ni or Cu-Zn is main composition were developed and used for methanol decomposition reaction to produce CO and H2 with excellent properties of low temperature activity, selectivity, resistibility of high temperature and durativity, and for ethanol decomposition with good activity too.
