As an addition to the vision signal, this paper introduces a traffic sound signal based on the fuzzy technology which is designed and developed to give out speech and sound prompt according to the conditions of main road intersection, the device can automatically adjust prompt volume along with environment noise volume, thus reducing effectively the noise pollution.
