Experimental result shown that: the Zn(AA)2 and Zn(MAA)2 blended that do not produce concertedreaction of EPDM, Zn(AA)2 can increase the property of physical mechanics of EPDM cured rubber andthe bonding strength of metal has much obvious result than the Zn(MAA)2, for the dosage of Zn(AA)2,taking 4~5 shares that can obtain better bonding result.
实验结果表明:Zn(AA)2 与Zn(MAA)2并用对EPDM性能的影响不产生协同效应,Zn(AA)2对提高EPDM硫化胶物理力学性能和与金属的粘合强度比Zn(MAA)2有更显著的效果,Zn(AA)2的用量在4~5份时即可取得较好的粘合强度。
This paper introduces the method of orthogonal experimental design on how to properly choose the bonding technological parameter, and indicates the production in garment fabric and bonding technology of fusible interlining.
