By use of some relevant reference indices and the engineering computation method abroad, two major means for distribution automation, cable fault indicator and distribution management system (DMS), are analyzed respectively in terms of their effect on improving power supply reliability, and the best way for distribution automation found.
为此 ,引用了国外对配电系统可靠性的一些参考指标及工程计算方法 ,分别对配电自动化的主要手段———电缆故障指示器及配电管理系统对可靠性提高的影响进行分析 ,找出实施配电自动化系统的最佳切入点。
