研究了矿用重型刮板输送机的实际工况和受力状态,在考虑链条的非线性、输送机中部槽的弹性和间隙、链轮与链条啮合特性等因素的基础上,建立了刮板输送机非线性、时变性、动力耦合的有限元模型;构造了输送机线路的形态函数,实现了计算机自动建模;通过实例对输送机启动、自由停机、异常载荷、卡链、链条节距差和链轮驱动多边形效应等工况下的动力学问题进行了数字仿真。
