针对目前大庆油田最深的一口风险探井——古龙1井,为了使套管满足空气钻井和经济性需要,首次使用组合套管柱设计方法,同时在设计中对套管强度进行三轴应力强度校核,分析了套管强度设计的误差,给出一套新的安全经济的套管柱设计方法,为以后超深井套管柱设计提供了一个新的思路,对于指导设计与现场施工具有重要的意义。
In this paper, an analysis method of dynamics was proposed to solve dynamics response of bottom-hole case pipe assembly based on finite element analysis, and some examples were analyzed.
文章对套管柱组合在不同钻压、转速下的动力学问题进行分析的基础上,获得了不同钻井参数下的套管柱应力、应变以及接触应力等参数的变化规律,利用ANSYS软件疲劳寿命分析模块,建立了套管钻井中套管柱的疲劳寿命分析方法,并进行了实例计算。
