The machining mechanism of rotating permanent magnetic field for hole surface processing and the selection of abrasive were introduced in this paper,the problem of magnetic pole arrangement was resolved by magnetic field analysis with ANSYS and processing experiments,and the ideal two processing magnetic test point of view was elected.
阐述了旋转永磁场加工内孔表面的加工机理和磨粒的选用问题,借助ANSYS磁场分析和加工试验重点解决了磁极的布置,选出了两个磁极在加工试验时的磁极角度。
