铝合金显微疏松数值模拟的研究现状
Less optimized casting parameters can cause micro-porosity,which is very detrimental to the stress rupture and fatigue properties of the aerospace components.
研究了铸造工艺对一种精铸Inconel718C改型合金凝固显微疏松形成倾向性、成分偏析、合金组织及性能稳定性的影响。
The results show that in TCS processed K424,dendrite arms were coarser,SDAS was larger,the amount and size of microporosity of TCS pro- cessed K424 alloy is smaller,and its density is higher by about 1% than that in conventionally cast K424.
试验结果表明热控凝固铸造 K424合金枝晶较为粗大,二次枝晶臂间距较大;显微疏松的数量和尺寸均小于普通铸造 K424合金;密度比普通铸造的 K424合金高1%左右。
The results show that there was obvious microporosity at the positions indicated by fluorescence,and clear grinding traces and some local microcracks were found at the dovetails.
结果表明荧光显示部位存在明显的显微疏松,榫头处有清晰的磨削痕迹,局部有微裂纹。
By observing microstructures , we find they may form spheroidal A,acicular A and feathery A .
