This paper analyzes the malpractices existing in fried instant noodle, introduces the far infra-red radiation heating technique used in the dewatering process of non-fried instant noodle, and points out that using this technique can make the dewatering degree of the instant noodle raise 3~5 percentages, and can shorten the dewatering time by 5 min~7 min.
分析了油炸方便面存在的弊端,详细介绍了非油炸方便面脱水技术中的远红外辐射加热技术,指出使用该技术可使方便面脱水程度提高3~5个百分点,时间缩短5min~7min。
