A three-dimensional emulation model of bag filter was established,and flow field analysis on one-room bag filter which was equipped with skew guide plate or echelon form guide plate was finished based on Pro/E and FLUENT software.
通过建立一个室的袋式除尘器的三维仿真模型,使用三维建模软件 Pro/E、流体仿真软件 FLUENT 联合仿真,对安装栅格导流板与斜板导流板的除尘器进行流场分析,得出以下结论:使用栅格导流板,除尘器室内后壁板的气流很大,容易导致后壁板附近的滤袋磨损;使用斜板导流板,除尘器室内的气流速度分布更加均匀,但灰斗底部的气流速度较大,易造成室内扬尘;除尘器室内可安装斜板导流板,并通过改变斜板的间距和角度,使除尘器内气体流速更加均匀,减小滤袋的磨损和灰斗底部的扬尘。
