Thin films of 8 hydroxyquinoline zinc (Znq 2) formed under different evaporation conditions were investigated by scaning electron microscope (SEM).
采用8-羟基喹啉锌(Znq2)为发光材料制备了不同蒸发条件下的薄膜样品和单层电致发光器件,利用扫描电子显微镜研究了Znq2薄膜的表面形貌,分析了蒸发条件对成膜质量和器件性能的影响。
