Finite element analysis program was used to calculate the stress of 300MW turbine rotor in straightening the axle,and the effect of each factor is analyzed combined with the trial result.
应用有限元分析程序对300MW汽轮机转子直轴进行了应力计算,并对各影响因素进行了分析,结果表明退火处理过程中残余应力产生的塑性变形量不可忽略。
