A special Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory(SDRAM) controller quick Matrix transposition algorithm based on Field-Programmable Gate Array(FPGA)is presented by analyzing read-and-write features of SDRAM,and this transposition algorithm chiefly achieves a high efficient constant speed within read-and-write of matrix transposition and sequential.
在分析同步动态随机存储器读写特性的基础上,提出了基于现场可编程门阵列的专用同步动态随机存储器控制器快速矩阵转置算法,实现了矩阵转置读写及顺序读写的等速与高效。
