Construction measurement has been done on a prestressed concrete flat slab project in Suzhou,showing that,performance of the prestressed slab was good in the course of constructing,beams added to the slab can improve its capability, the design methods of the standard are practicable under such a overweight load,and the value of extension and effective width of the flange are believable.
