Methods: Compared with sterilization by circulating vapor, moisture contents and contents of Paeonal sterilized by microwave and circulation vapor were tested respectively, and the loss rate of Paeonal with different technoic were calculated before and after being sterilized.
方法 :以流通蒸汽灭菌工艺作为对比 ,分别测定微波灭菌和流通蒸汽灭菌前后水分和丹皮酚含量 ,计算不同工艺灭菌前后丹皮酚损耗率。
