According to the phenomenon that the athletes training of Wushu Sanda in our country exists "Stress the wrestling,neglect the method of legs",this paper analyzes the importance by the athletes legs training,and put forward the ways of the method of legs training,in order to offer basis training of science for the training of quality of Wushu Sanda in the future.
依据我国武术散打运动员训练中普遍存在"重摔法,轻腿法"的现状,分析散打运动员腿法训练的重要性,提出有关腿法训练的方法,为今后武术散打腿法素质训练提供科学的训练依据。
