Design of steel anti-stretching load acquisition device with CAN bus;
基于CAN总线的钢筋抗拉荷载采集器设计
In this paper,load value of hydraulic pressure testing machine was acquired by using photoelectric encoder and AT89C52 microcontroller,and steel anti-stretching load was discriminated by means of analyzing the time-load curve.
利用光电编码器和AT89C52相结合采集液压试验机的荷载值,通过实时分析时间荷载曲线来判别钢筋的抗拉荷载,并利用SJA1000控制器将试验结果上传至CAN总线数据服务器。
In this paper,three group of tests including overlapped jointing,jointing with or without full welding line in the bent arc for 25Ⅱ jointing reinforcement bars were carried out to evaluate the tensile strength of the 25Ⅱ jointing reinforcement bars,according to the data acquired.
完成了包括2 5Ⅱ级钢筋搭接焊、弯折 90°对焊焊缝不填满弯折圆弧处 ,以及弯折 90°对焊焊缝填满弯折圆弧处三种情形对应的三组结构抗拉承载力试验 ,试验数据表明 ,2 5Ⅱ级钢筋搭接焊、弯折 90°对焊焊缝填满弯折圆弧处不会降低2 5Ⅱ级钢筋焊接结构的抗拉承载力 ,弯折 90°对焊焊缝不填满弯折圆弧处将使2 5Ⅱ级钢筋焊接结构抗拉承载力大大降低 ,本文基于大型结构分析软件ANSYS的非线性有限元分析结果亦验证了如上结论。
