In order to solve the problem of the large axial force that caused by high inlet pressure in lift pump for SWRO,the reasons that axial force and radial force generated in lift pump were analyzed,the axial force balance methods in different scales of lift pump for SWRO were proposed.
针对反渗透海水淡化提升泵的入口压力高,存在较大的轴头力的情况,通过分析提升泵中轴向力与径向力产生的原因,提出了针对不同规模的反渗透海水淡化用提升泵轴向力的平衡方法。
In order to improve the axial thrust calculation accuracy of high pressure pump for SWRO,the CFD technology was applied to simulate the 3D flow in the pump chamber of the model pump to acquire the distribution of static pressure in different working conditions.
为提高反渗透海水淡化高压泵轴向力计算的准确性,应用CFD技术对模型泵内部的流动进行数值模拟,得到不同流量下前后泵腔的静压分布。
