The aim of the thesis is to recognize the meaning of railway acceleration and evaluate the social benefit of it scientifically,this is of very importance to further the speed accerleration of railway well,and promote sustainable development of the national economy and communication and transportation.
本文的工作目的在于正确认识铁路提速的意义并科学评价铁路提速的社会效益,这对于进一步搞好铁路提速工作,促进国民经济和交通运输业的持续发展具有十分重要的意义。
According to the current status and problems existing in railway track maintenance management for speed-up railway in China,this paper combines the track geometric data from typical railway lines and their management needs,develops a track integral maintenance system,and introduces the functions,software structure and the typical applications of this system.
