为此,以坝体填筑和混凝土骨料料源规划为重点对全工程的开挖料料物平衡与利用进行了研究,在保证工程质量和安全的前提下,全面考虑施工进度、施工方法,充分利用工程开挖料作为混凝土骨料和坝体填筑料,以达到优化工程布置降低工程造价的目标。
