本文的主要工作:一是建立了城市房地产市场泡沫程度评价指标体系;二是利用属性层次模型(AHM)确定指标权重,利用指标值与泡沫临界值之比确定单项指标泡沫指数,通过对加权综合指数进行Ward聚类判断泡沫程度,建立了城市房地产市场泡沫程度评价模型;三是通过对中国35个大中城市进行实证研究,发现房地产泡沫问题普遍存在,并且在不同的城市严重程度和表现形式有明显差别。
