A homogeneous reaction of ethyl 6,8-dichloro-caprylate and sodium disulfide takes place in aqueous methanol solution,then the product is obtained by hydrolysis and acidification with an overall yield of 68% and the content higher than 99.
以6,8-二氯辛酸乙酯为原料,甲醇和水作溶剂,与二硫化钠均相“一锅法”合成硫辛酸乙酯,然后水解、酸化得α-硫辛酸,总收率为68%,含量≥99。
