Based on the works of literature, we put forward several new protecting materials, that is, PMMA/SiO_2 hybrid, HEC/ SiO_2 hybrid, PVA/ SiO_2 hybrid, and PDMS/ SiO_2 hybrid made with sol-gel method for protecting the ancient ivory unearthed from Jinsha .
为研制新型文物保护材料,用于成都市金沙古象牙文物的保存与加固,研究了溶胶-凝胶法制备的有机无机杂化材料用于古象牙保护的可能性,分别制备出了PMMA/SiO_2杂化材料、HEC/SiO_2杂化材料、PVA/SiO_2杂化材料和PDMS/SiO_2杂化材料,通过调节反应温度、有机物与无机物之间的比例及其它反应助剂的用量等,详细研究了各种工艺参数对杂化材料凝胶时间及宏微观结构的影响;用红外光谱仪、扫描电镜、高温综合热分析仪、能谱仪等对杂化材料结构与性能进行表征,确定了以上四种杂化材料制备的优化工艺参数。
