Based on ‘Green Machining’, experimental work on high speed milling of hardened mould steel under nitrogen-oil-mixture medium, air-oil-mixture and dry milling has been done.
文中基于“绿色制造”理念,在干铣削、空气油雾、氮气油雾介质下进行了淬硬模具钢高速铣削的铣削力试验研究,分析了铣削力随铣削长度、铣削速度、径向进给、轴向进给及每齿进给的变化规律。

By the experience machining hardened carbon tool steel T10A with ceramic tools FG-1,LT55 SG-4, and the experience machining Co-alloy with ceramic tools LT55 ,SG-4,cutting performances of the three ceramic tools in machining hardened carbon tool steel T10A were investigated ,as well as the better cutting parameter were got in machining Co-alloy with ceramic tool SG-4.
