Taking a kind of complex antioxidant,fixed ratio of licorice,scholartree flower,comfrey(LSC) as research object,choosing goose oil as substrate which was extracted from goose\'s hypertrophy livers,the factors which impact antioxidant activity were studied.
以从鹅肥肝中提取的鹅油为底物,以固定配比甘草、槐米、紫草复配抗氧化剂(简称为LSC)为研究对象,对影响其抗氧化活性的因素进行研究。
