为满足目前水泥混凝土路面养护的需要,本文探索用贝克曼梁检测混凝土板横缝处和板中弯沉,应用Winkeler地基板的弯沉与荷载关系式,反算板中和板边处地基反应模量,通过对比该模量判定混凝土板底是否脱空。

9-羰基-(E)-2-癸烯酸和9-羟基-(E)-2-癸烯酸为蜂王信息素的主要组分,以1-苯磺酰基-2-丙酮和5-溴戊酸乙酯为原料,通过烷基化、羰基保护、还原、Wittig-Horner反应、水解等一系列功能基转化后得到9-羰基-(E)-2-癸烯酸,再经贝克酵母生物酶促还原合成了手性的S-9-羟基-(E)-2-癸烯酸,全程收率28%。
