Through analyzed the structure and forming process of the switch base,introduced die structure characteristics and main die parts design method, soloved verticality question of Z-shape bending sides, it had certain reference function to the similar pressing parts die design.
通过对开关座零件的结构和工艺性分析,介绍了模具结构特点及关键模具零件的设计思想,解决Z形弯曲中弯曲边的垂直度问题,对类似冲压零件的模具设计具有一定的参考作用。
