A new comprehensive computer model was developed for sheet metal deep-drawing process, based on the theory of plastic anisotropy and under consideration of the effects of bending, blank-holding force, strain-hardening, the variation of thickness and tooling geometry.
建立了全面的金属薄板拉延成形过程塑性各向异性分析计算机通用模型;综合考虑了弯曲、摩擦、压边力、应变强化、板厚变化和模具几何性的影响,能用于动态模拟拉延成形过程;给出成形件应力、应变分布的连续变化曲线。
