By the manufacture instance of two drawing parts namely petrol cover and end cover, the reasons occurring drawing crack defect during manufacture are analyzed separately, the occurring of blue brittleness and hydrogen brittleness during drawing are introduced, as well as related solving and guarding steps are provided.
