首先,通过介绍平板显示产业和背光模组的产业发展状况与趋势,明确了研究的目的及意义;其次,进行了相关必要原理的介绍,并从背光模组的结构入手,介绍了各个膜层及构件的工作原理和作用;再次,制定了导光板结构设计与优化的流程,即借助光学设计软件TracePro进行相关模型的建立,采用区域分割法优化导光板的结构,并最终得到一个均匀度高的导光板结构;最后,为了测量在全彩色显示中,由色散引起的均匀度误差,将设计优化后的导光板分别在三基色主波长下进行光线追踪,通过分析照度出射分布图形,从而计算出均匀度误差。
