Taking the renovation of certain underwater target tracking and positioning system as the project background, this thesis designs the underwater target simulator used to examine function and performance of the system equipment by simulating the received signal of underwater acoustic measurement equipment, and then illustrates particularly hardware design and the software implementation of it.
