It is found that the ordinary boundary conditions of harmonic electromagetic fields at interface of lossy media may not be satisfied simultaneously,which is due to that the different damping terms between the two media may lead the flux at Gauss surface and circumfluence along close loop of electromagetic fields near interface to be no longer harmonic.
通常的谐变电磁场边界条件方程在损耗媒质界面往往不能同时成立,这是因为界面两边媒质不同的损耗,可导致界面处电磁场相关的通量和环量不再是谐变函数。
