An upconversion fluorescence was obtained from a short Er~(3+)-Yb~(3+)co-doped telluride fiber,base on a 980nm laser diode pump by lens coupling way.
采用波长为976nm 的半导体激光器以透镜耦合方式抽运自制的掺 Er~(3+)-Yb~(3+)碲酸盐短光纤,实验中可直接裸眼观测到很强烈的上转换绿色荧光,3dB 带宽为 20nm,中心波长为546nm,所需光纤长度仅1。
