由于汽车覆盖件本身的复杂性 ,不便于直接用来研究面畸变问题 ,本文以矩形柱面扁壳为模型 ,提出了其拉深件面畸变的测量方法和评价指标 ,得到了压边力、拉深筋、局部加压、改变压料面形状等工艺措施对面畸变的影响规律 ,从而为面畸变的抑制提供了基本依据。
