This study measured the effects of the storage time on air diameter, Haugh unit and albumen height of the white leghorn (WL) breeds in order to provide results for developing new egg classification and measurement methods.
本研究利用衡量鸡蛋新鲜度的指标气室直径、哈氏单位、蛋白高度对白来航鸡蛋进行随保存时间变化的定量研究,为制定新的鸡蛋分级标准、检测方法奠定基础。
