The results showed that the production engineering matches the operating instructions, but the crack inside contains inlcusion and two sides exist the decarbonize phenomenon; The crack bitter end extends along the plain body in iron segregation band and the segregation band is inner to also exists inlcusion.
结果表明 :生产工艺符合操作规程 ,但裂纹内部有夹杂物 ,两侧有脱碳现象 ,裂纹末端沿铁素体偏析带延伸 ,偏析带内部也存在夹杂物。
The results show that the main reasons of the cracking were the thick,big and large amount of zonal segregation and large nonmetallic inclusions which were distributed in rolling direction of the materials during the quench hardening.
结果表明:原材料组织中的带状偏析和沿轧制方向分布数量多且粗大的非金属夹杂物是弹簧淬火开裂的主要原因;夹杂物和带状偏析造成材料组织和性能均匀性变差,粗大的非金属夹杂物成为裂纹源,在组织应力的作用下,促进裂纹形成并迅速扩展成为沿轧制方向分布的淬火裂纹。
Based on analyzing mass production data, it is found that segregation and bands in 16Mn steel is caused by higher Mn content in the steel.
在分析大生产数据基础上,结合16Mn钢生产质量问题,提出该钢组织偏析和带状严重是与锰含量偏高密切相关的,上述问题可通过控制终轧温度和降低锰含量约20%得以解决并因此获巨大的经济效益。
