选用步进电机作为系统动力装置,通过设计的驱动装置使系统载体——爬机在身管内平稳前进;系统采用接触式测量方式,选用电感式位移传感器测量身管径向尺寸;由设计的定位装置控制传感器测量指定膛线;调节装置用于调节径向测量装置的量程;激光测距仪测量径向测量传感器在身管轴向的位置;爬机壳体起到支撑和连接各种装置的作用。
