A study of regional geological setting and ore-control factors for the Xiasai Ag-Pb-Zn deposit indicates that NW-trending structures act as conduits for ore fluids and orebodies are controlled by a NNw-trending fault system, while ore shoots are confined equidistantly to secondary structures associated with the NNW-trending fault system.
