Based on ANSYS software,this article analyses and computes the seal shell of petroleum casing hydrostatic test unit by finite element method,finds out the dangerous region and the Von Mises Stess 374Mpa from the displacement and stress cloud images,which provides the representative theoretic guidance for seal shell design.
本文利用ANSYS软件对石油套管水压试验装置中的密封壳体进行有限元分析,通过建模、分网、对密封壳体内施加面载荷70Mpa,计算得到密封壳体位移、应力云图,最大等效应力为374Mpa,进而找出密封壳体的危险区域在壳体中心处,从而为密封壳体设计提供针对性的理论指导。
