In order to improve the quality of the resultant yarn through rotor-spinning process,data analysis finds the effect of the carding roller,false twsiter navel,rotor cup on quality of the resultant yarn.
为了提高转杯纺纱工序的成纱质量,通过大量的试验数据分析,详细讨论了分梳辊、假捻盘、转杯对成纱质量的影响,指出:分梳辊主要影响纤维分离度,从而影响成纱强力、条干和粗、细节;假捻盘具有假捻效应,主要有利于提高动态强力,降低成纱断头,稳定生产,但不利于提高成纱强力;转杯转速与直径的配置是关键,速度、直径和凝聚槽形状直接影响成纱质量。
