By means of the method of combining optimal iteration calculation with dynamic measurement, the effects of different joint conditions are studied upon the contact stiffness and contact damping of bolted joints.
本文采用优化迭代计算和动态测试相结合的方法,研究不同结合条件对螺栓结合面接触刚度和接触阻尼的影响,并提出了改善结合面接触刚度和接触阻尼的途径。
It is revealed that the normal dynamic parameters,such as the contact stiffness and the contact damping,depend on the normal contact load,material properties of rough surface,and fractal parameters.
为了对结合面法向动态参数进行正确的理论计算,以分形接触理论为基础,建立了结合面法向动态参数的理论分形模型,揭示了接触刚度和接触阻尼与作用在粗糙表面上的法向载荷、粗糙表面材料性能常数,以及分形参数等因素之间的复杂关系,并对该模型进行了数值仿真。
