本文设计并制作了一套细胞灌注装置,通过性能测试表明,正常灌注时本装置温度恒定,流量、压力稳定可控,无细菌生长;通过乳腺癌细胞在本装置中灌注培养实验,说明细胞在该装置中灌注培养时可存活上百小时;运用细胞灌注—NMR联用技术监测斑蝥素作用于乳腺癌细胞的实验表明,核磁共振细胞灌注方法可在线观察细胞内能量代谢变化,可确定药物的有效成分及疗效范围,可推知药物对肿瘤细胞起作用的时间。
