The present paper illustrates how the solid self-lubricating material was used to havegreatly lengthened the service life of small Hook hinged slider and to have solved the problem offrequently replacing small slider of 1150 bloomer which used to affect the operation rate at PrimaryRolling Plant of Pangang.
阐述了攀钢初轧厂使用固体自润滑材料小滑块,大大提高了虎克铰链小滑块的使用寿命,解决了1150初轧机因频繁更换小滑块而影响轧机作业率的问题。

本文根据YS-I并联机器人的结构特点,在速度和加速度分析过程中,以上平台虎克铰中心作为研究的关键点,首先通过对位置反解显式直接求导建立该关键点与液压缸之间的关系,然后通过矢量运算得到液压缸输入与夹持器输出之间的一、二阶影响系数矩阵。
