The experimental regularity and the mechanism of coercitive force of me-tallic cobalt powders and WC-Co mixture powders used for WC-Co cemented carbides production have been explored,The results show that the specific Coer-citive force Hsc is practlcal physical measure which can show exactly the de-magnetization characteristic of cobalt,magnitude of which is related to struc-ture of cobalt.
结果表明,比矫顽磁力Hsc是能确切表明Co的退磁特性的实用物理量,其值与Co结构类型有关;WC-Co混合粉的Hsc在Co结构一致的条件下与其中Co含量具有简单的正向对应关系,其值随Co粒细化和Co粉在混合料中分布均匀化而提高并归因于该混合物中相邻cO拉磁矩间的相互作用和颗粒间残余应力因研磨作用的增加。
